If it is your first appointment or you are treating a new condition, we will perform an 85 minute "Initial Evaluation". This appointment will consist of tests and measures to accurately diagnose your physical therapy condition. You WILL begin treatment interventions to start your road to success! 

If you are a returning client and are not treating a new condition, we will perform a 60 minute "Treatment". This includes manual therapy techniques and exercises personalized to improve your condition.

If you are looking to enhance your health and wellness, improve your craft and/or prevent injury - we offer a 60 minute "Wellness and Performance"!

Infant therapy sessions include the same option for evaluation/treatment, or follow up treatment session.

It is not required to have a referral to seek physical therapy services, though insurances have unique processes. Please check with your insurance company, if you chose to use one. If you do have a referral or imaging/protocols - please have this for your first appointment. 

At this time we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN, Medicare, or cash, check, debit or credit card (FSA/HSA is acceptable).

Yes! Upon request, you will be provided with a superbill and ICD10 codes in order to submit your claim. It is your responsibility to pay the fee out of pocket at time of service. Please check your insurance provider information/account for the process required.

Fitness Wellness and Performance: $140 (50 minutes)

Home visit fee:

Fitness Wellness and Performance: $150 (50 minutes)

*Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

Fee for less than 24 hours notice: $85

Fee for No Show: Full cost of appointment

Mobile Body/Mobile Tots LLC offers both in clinic and home sessions. Clinic sessions are available Wednesdays through May 8th. Contact for home visit scheduling.

*Starting May 11th, Mobile Body will be in clinic Monday-Wednesday- contact for home visit scheduling.

Of course! You are more than welcome to bring them to your appointment. We are here to support you in any way we can!

Yes! Your time is valuable. We are more than happy to accommodate you and your baby for treatment back to back. If you wish to customize your treatment session length, just let us know what works!

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in!

For home visits: If you have pets, please ensure they are not able to access the area of your home treatment will take place. Arrange your home to optimally serve you in performing mobility - it is okay if your space is small!

Your physical therapist will come equipped with the essentials for examination and treatment: this may include a treatment table, theraband, handweights, manual therapy supplies. If your home is not a safe environment for treatment, we reserve the right to deny or discontinue services.
